Sladyn Passman
Owner/Regional Manager – Lexington & Central KY
Sladyn started Bluegrass Pool Management in 2015 during his junior year at the University of Kentucky. Sladyn is a native to Lexington Kentucky and grew up in the competitive swimming realm. In his teens and early twenties, he served in various roles in the aquatic space, from lifeguard management to head coach of local summer swim team. After many years of running Bluegrass Pool Management in addition to a full time career in Medical Device Sales, he took the dive in 2022 to leave his job and manage BPM full time.
While the idea of BPM has evolved since its inception, one thing has remained constant. To return to others what he experienced in his developmental years, providing a safe, clean and fun environment where friends and families can come to spend time together.

Zach Rehm
Owner/Regional Manager – Greater Louisville
Following his service in the United States Marine Corps, Zach graduated from WKU and led the company through its inaugural year of operation in 2017. In 2021, he left his full-time career and assumed full responsibility of the company, operating it independently. This pivotal year marked the beginning of rapid growth. Upon entering the Louisville market, Zach relocated to his hometown of Louisville to further scale operations and build upon proven foundation established in the Central KY area, maintaining a disciplined focus on controlled growth, high standards, and exceptional service.

Ericha Lennon
Director of Personnel / HR
Ericha has been with BPM for 3 years now, however has worked in hospitality for most of her professional career. From California originally, Ericha served as facilities manager for various swim clubs in Louisiana prior to her move to Kentucky and has been with Bluegrass Pools ever sense.
Lauren Sutton
Director of Training & Education
Lauren has been with BPM for 3 years now, serving in various roles, her second as Director of Training & Education. Prior to joining Bluegrass Pools, Lauren worked in aquatics for the last 10 years as a swim instructor and facilities manager. Lauren is one of just a handful in the state to acquire her Lifeguard Instructor Trainer certification.
Damian Vitale
Operations Manager - Louisville
Damian has been with BPM for 2 years, however has continued to grow in his role since joining the company. Damian grew up in the competitive swimming realm and after years apart while he taught and owned/managed the Louisville staple of Dairy Kastle, he made his way back to the pool.
Jeremy Greer
Operations Manager - Lexington / Central KY
Jeremy has been with BPM for 5 years now, primarily serving as both Maintenance and Operations Managers. Jeremy is a retired firefighter and has been in the commercial pool industry for over 20 years.
